A free course could begin a longer sales journey: someone registered, started the material and might book discovery and closing calls. A purchased program then needed an accurate customer record, course access and a customer-success handoff.
The work spanned connected sales and client operations rather than a single isolated automation: payment onboarding, subscription visibility, course follow-up, funnel reporting, end-of-day feedback and meeting registration.

- Subscription event
A Stripe subscription-related event starts the event-driven reporting path. - Daily billing-period check
Find Monday records whose reporting period ended yesterday, then refresh their Stripe data. - Retrieve the related Stripe records
Subscription, customer, invoice and plan data each supply part of the report. - Map separate status columns
Explicit indexes map subscription status, payment status and plan independently. - Does the Monday item exist?
The event route searches before writing; the daily route already starts from an item. - Create a reporting item
Add the missing subscription record with its mapped context and billing period. - Update an existing item
Refresh the period dates and current states on the matching reporting record. - Monday subscription report
Shared records retain billing periods, plan, subscription state and payment state. - Unpaid or past due?
Inspect updated payment state to decide whether customer-success follow-up is needed. - Notify customer success
Existing-record updates can lead to unpaid or past-due follow-up. The daily path has a configured 9 AM schedule; this does not set the timing of every subscription-event alert.
These systems were developed at different times. Each study identifies the version and implementation stage it describes.

The role behind
the system work.
Noah developed and optimized connected workflows, configured follow-up and reporting logic, investigated integration problems and documented the operating process.
The work was collaborative. The historical dashboard was built with another contributor, and an upstream course-intake and assignment scenario is explicitly credited to a teammate.
Configured onboarding paths connected purchase context to CRM records, program access and customer-success handoffs.
Subscription reporting combined events and daily checks, with separate payment and subscription states and defined alert paths.
Linked course and sales measures made registrations, engagement, bookings, qualification and cash visible as distinct stages.
These studies describe historical implementations, tests and handovers. Current operation and quantified commercial improvement have not been independently verified.
