| Record | Information | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Client relationship context | Existing, long-term and former-client relationships. | Distinguish delivery work for current clients from reactivation conversations. |
| Service and delivery work | Client tasks and service-specific lists are evidenced in separate workspace recordings. No numeric SLA or satisfaction field is established. | Connect business priorities with the work the team must deliver. |
| Press-result reference | Authorized Fujitsu/CNN example, with the public coverage reference kept distinct from attribution to any individual or system. | Provide a concrete team result for the business story and reactivation context. |

An efficiency engagement became operating responsibility
XWECAN initially brought Noah in to improve efficiency. His involvement expanded after he encountered serious operating difficulties, and he became a 50/50 partner. He travelled to Prague to work with the owner in person and took hands-on responsibility for how the agency operated. That makes this a business-operations case as well as an automation case.
The central question was which work the agency should concentrate on and how it could deliver that work better. Noah focused the business on PR and addressed service-delivery problems affecting retention. After the business stabilized, he helped re-establish processes for other offerings. The record supports that sequence without supplying an audited financial turnaround or a final process inventory.

Delivery came before the reactivation story
The reported improvement concerned delivery to existing and long-term clients. Former-client reactivation followed from that stronger delivery: the agency could return to people who had left with concrete evidence of better work. Reactivation depended on having something stronger to show, as well as an outreach process.
Noah personally set up new outreach systems, while the agency team remained responsible for client work and press results. Supporting work included journalist research, task migration, consistent client workspaces and clearer handoffs. The records cover different stages of that work.

A team result that became useful evidence
Shortly after Noah set up the new outreach systems, the team secured CNN coverage for Fujitsu, XWECAN’s largest client. The July 2024 public segment covers Fujitsu’s AI technology in gymnastics. Noah describes using improved delivery and press results in former-client reactivation efforts.
The available account establishes operating responsibility and reported delivery improvements alongside a named team result. It does not quantify retention or reactivations, or isolate automation’s contribution to the CNN placement.
