A usable handoff.
Dad’s Printing achieved multiple page-one Etsy product results during the Christmas season. Noah attributes this to faster production, higher quality and more frequent positive reviews—outcomes the operating systems were deliberately designed to support.
Dad’s Printing’s custom-apparel work included pandemic-era face masks, alongside other personalized products. Orders arrived through consumer marketplaces and business sales, carrying product choices, personalization and artwork that production needed to retain.
Noah connected sales, production and suppliers so the team could carry each customer’s choices through to fulfillment. The detailed studies distinguish the versions used at different times.

- Automatic Etsy intake
Bring marketplace purchases and their transaction/item context into the central store. - Manual eBay intake
The B2C handover retains manual eBay entry and artwork exceptions. - WooCommerce order hub
Keep storefront/order references, customer choices and the shared production handoff together. - Persistent product crosswalk
Retain commerce/CRM product IDs and match a product with its variant when one exists. - Product relationship present?
Use the catalog mapping before sending product data into the downstream order. - Reuse the mapped product
Carry the known product or product/variant relationship into the order. - Create missing product relationship
The described create-if-missing branch repairs a newly introduced CRM product. - Aggregate each line item
Keep variation labels, personalization and customer graphic links with the matching product. - Related Asana production task
Carry item context and folder links with reciprocal production and commerce IDs. - Primary listing-image attachment
In the earlier direct route, attach the downloaded image when retrieval succeeds. - Earlier direct Etsy-to-Asana version
Create the task directly with readable item context and optional listing-image attachment.
Each system has its own history. Alternative versions are identified in the detail.
